I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless, but a bit smaller than we prefer. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was great, although a short walk from the parking area. The dining was satisfactory with a good variety for breakfast. The facilities were modern and well-maintained.
Staying in the center of Lisbon was cheaper than here in Lagos at this 2-star hotel, but the comfort of the rooms was really satisfactory. It was a bit disappointing that the rooms smelled a little musty. The hotel is conveniently located at the front of the property.
Even though the rooms had a slight musty smell and lacked a balcony or tea/coffee facilities, they were clean. However, the view to the back yard with noisy air-conditioner units was a downside. The service was exceptionally nice and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the old town. Dining offered good continental options but lacked a full English breakfast. The hotel was convenient and within walking distance to various attractions.
